HEADSTOCK LLC
Orders are processed within 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the order has been handed over to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
All our products are printed on demand. This means that we will print your product specially for you after you have ordered it. As such we are unable to cancel orders once they have been made.
RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 15 days of the date of receipt of the order by the customer. All items must be returned unused and in original condition. DELAYED ORDERS
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order and will receive a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders please first contact the shipping carrier for the item status.
DAMAGED ORDERS
Jabber The Tee is not responsible for missing or damaged items by the shipping carrier. If your products have arrived damaged that has obviously been caused by shipping for example torn, damaged, wet packaging, reach out to us (contact details listed below) so we may assist you in filling out a claim with the shipping provider.
